wheres the fire
whats your hurry
do not be afraid

burn the priest
forgive the temple
its all been said before

in his eyes
you shall be free
the lies he told
us to believe

with false hope
and a bitter tongue
his vengeance
he did release

and over night
the first born died
the way
he said they would

now you think
him cruel
or evil even
warn them he tried to do

their cruelty
knew no bounds
their flesh was rotten
had to be punished

thats what gods
are supposed to do
