Counting sheep one, two, six at a time
Wishing I could sleep just to get away from time
Lying here yawning as the world flies by
I wonder if anyone knows that eventually they'll die
Resting in a search for some peace and quiet
I take a break from my television diet
What if the whole world came to a halt?
Would it learn anything new? Or would it just keep doing the same old thing?
