We first met and you meant nothing.
We spoke and I let you in through the front door.
We spent time together and the electricity powered the main board.
Than you became the help fixing the broken windows, repainting, cleaning and joining all the broken pieces.
For the time took care and maintained well.

I let you in and it was good.
The home felt like gold.
The water was clean, pure and tasteful.
The electricity never went out, there was always light.
Was always day, never night.
The atmosphere finally felt like a home.

I let you in you not realising the mistake that I'd make.
Because, now you're gone.
Home to another man.
And my hearts no longer a home, it's devastated and broken again.

Broken, I could never be the same.
Struggles get harder the more you care.
All the girls I talk to just to try and forget your name.
You were my dream but now you're gone and  you're my nightmare.
I don't wish you harm just that wherever you are that you stay there.
