Joke
Beyond self doubt unimaginable
Is a place for you and I
Where our children play in fields of grass
And gaze upon nights sky
Simple complexities, be it as it may
Are far from truths seen day to day
If nothing lasts forever
And this is just a joke
Hold on to the words I say
Every word I spoke
Some love is wasted from the flame
But not all fires need to be fought
If we fear time is being wasted
Why give it everything we got
Sing the songs of freedom
Hum them if you please
Simple times were easy
Thatβs why they had to leave
