Do Worry, Be Sappy

Seems everything happened yesterday Your tears, my wrongs, our come what may And here I am now, and there you are An inch too close yet a mile too far Seems everything happened yesterday Your smiles, my songs, our forever and a day Yet these things failed to outweigh The tragedy of love that came our way Seems everything happened yesterday A day too late, and you're gone away But if history repeats, I hope it does Reconstruct my heart to the way it was Seems everything happened yesterday But you seem much happier today And it's all too sad for this still holds true I miss us every time I look at you
