Friday thoughts part deux

Surrounded by flickering light

it drew an eventide Vision , his brother

James the Just

appeared amongst the wretchedness

who shared the dank breathe with  me.

Though I once supped Judean wine,

insubordination was not my first instinct.

Now I sought the Ebionites

deemed as poor, yet the wine of their tree

seemed to flow through my bidden cell.
