Perhaps
I sometimes think we have many people residing within us.
Vulnerable and innocents babies cooing in our loved one's arms.
Temprimental and rebellious teenagers pushing life's buttons.
Bullied young ones seeking acceptance and humanity.
Lost adults seeking their way in this world.
Wise and lived older people longing for the better years.
Perhaps the answer to maintaining sanity is accepting that you may be different people at times, indifferently.
