Glass half-full,
Hell, I can't tell anymore.
Thought I knew what I needed
In This World.

Not too dull,
Yet, not sharp anymore.
Thought I knew where I'd end up
In This World.

I swear that life is clearer at 3:18 am.
The moon was all I needed in a friend.
Wish I was there, head upon your chest,
Your craters serve as pillows and my bed.

Half of nothing
Must be more than you'd expect.
Here I stand, against the odds.
In This World.

I swear that life is clearer at 3:26 am.
This notebook's all I needed in a friend.
Wish you were here, right up to the end,
Better off a little love to to lend.

Mama-raised,
Daddy's gone, lost in a maze.
Make a choice then make your play.
I can't wait another day
In This World.
