We braved the gluglu monster and decay
We saw the light of distant stars
And that same light bright in our hearts
We walked the beach both night and day

We met a writer in the dark
We reached the shore of childhood dreams
Eluding illness though it seems
that still we end sick cramped and ******
Hurt now to sleep but waking happy
Holding hands smiling in a concrete park
