I walk the white lines
I wait patiently to be called
By those in white who walk the halls
Tapping my feet, looking around
Stretching and reading
Don't touch anything
Sitting back down and twiddling my thumbs
Waiting and waiting
For whatever is next to come
Why do I feel so alone
There’s always someone else
Waiting outside and in the same hall
We are one.
