The Lyric Voice

incoming across

morning cigarette stuck in corner of mouth

shirtless

and faded Levi's

nearly 80 degrees today

and as much humidity

causes the trees to droop in silent

green veils

as much as the hail last night

just thought to tell you:

I never knew you had
