The facts are simple, one plus one is two,
But have you ever wondered why three consists of you?
Born into a world filled with such pain,
The only thing keeping you around, sane,
Is, well, you!

First things first, is it a girl or a boy?
Girls born into long hair and a barbie doll toy,
Boys made into footballs and strength.
Honest, does anyone measure their length?

I love you whether you be male or female,
But when it comes down to the truth, I lack detail.
Life isn’t what it used to be,
It now consists of you and me.

Just think of when you had to be straight,
All of those who hid instead of dictate.
Behind you, my cover-up,
Together we won’t interrupt,
The lives of those eyes,
That watch and judge your every disguise.
