Knowing You

Some said I was strange when I spoke to the faeries in our garden you proudly called me unique Most reprimanded as I stumbled and fell while skipping across the room you just smiled and helped me up again Others laughed and stared as I danced and twirled you grinned and placed me on your toes Everyone cried when you left us they said I never really knew you I know we knew each other best
