He watches me
He wants to control me
That laugh, that face
Can’t escape the shame
Can’t escape the pain
His hands
Wrapped around my neck
Watch me die
Again and again
His laugh
His face
Watching
Forgotten
Laid to rest
To sleep no more
Or dream him again
