Battle horses and dogs of war
Fearless before the enemy stand
Intently listening for the humans command.
Gunfire and explosions flash in their eyes
As they gallop and run through the battle cries
Faster they advance and never tire
With their eyes ablaze and hearts of fire
Never to falter or turn away
Loyalty and courage leading the way
Never underestimate the sacrifice
Of the courageous animals that gave their lives
