Don’t ever underestimate how far away someone can stab you in the back.

Building a wall of lies after lies like a ton of stacks.

You think you know someone for so long, to find out that was all a front.

You just left me to drown in my own thoughts floating buoyant.

You liked me I liked you… we even knew it was more.

At least I thought it was that way until you went through the exit door.

Now I’m just left here floating wondering why.

All I asked for was honesty and all you gave me was a lie.
