Sun shines bright.
My skin soaks in what warmth it has left to share.
Sail swift kite.
Gusts of wind shake and rattle green leaves.
Sing soft nights.
Eyelids rest shut under shade tree's care.
Sigh sweet respite.
Ghosts, sleep in sunset's halcyon reprieve.
Sleep sempiternal light.
