Hallelujah

These tears were never meant for

The ground beneath the angels' smiles

Nature's essence turns to gray

Goodbye again sweet colors

And the sounds won't ever be the same

The Bible may tell lies

Night's sky once more one's savior

Now to learn the word the heavenly choirs heard

Hallelujah my love

For love is all but dead
