I need to Scream Until my lungs Rip apart And I vomit them From my lips Dripping blood Like rubies And my throat tears Like shredded sandpaper It won't be beautiful Or tragic Or wondrous It will be disgusting And horrific And you won't want To look I need to Scream And you Can't listen But I need you to Hear
