A Misanthrope's Prayer
I call upon the powers of decay;
For the end of mankind, I solemnly pray.
O Lucifer, I call upon the powers of decay:
The darkness of fire,
The slowness of wind,
The sweetness of death,
The pleasures of sin.
The softness of glass,
The blackness of Sun,
The virtue of hatred,
The multitude of One.
O Lucifer,
Bring about darkness, eliminate light;
Promptly rid Gaia of its humanly blight:
The myopia of prophets,
The impotence of Christ,
The ******* of priests,
The lie of Paradise.
