They say sticks and stones may break my bones but words may never hurt me
Yet that's not true for they truly do
When you're told you're stupid
You do believe
They can say you're worthless but you may never be
For on this surface we walk on, this place we call Earth
On which every person
A man or a girl
Gives something to note for this complicated world.

Words give you a theory that you will never be
Something you're destined for or want desperately
They're one of you're fears that present themselves in life
The fears which you chose to deny with your might
But know you're not worthless and not an ordinary type
You're special in a good way
A one of a kind.

So don't listen to what one may chose to say
And consider that that helps them get through the day
Helps them feel confident and cool if you may
Just one little tear gives them what they want for that is the reason why many taunt
They think if you fall then they will look tall
Know if you back down then they win the crown
So don't forget to have some pride
And keep on moving to your confident stride
Remember this theory and how it all works out
For sticks and stones may break my bones but words may never hurt me.
