the light is a bit too bright
it draws them in and they can't let go
and sometimes i think it's a power
but most times i wish you'd say no
stop pursuing and running and hiding
and lying and crying it leads to dying
you need healing heal your soul
you need breathing breath become whole
you're broken inside so you turn to others
they think they can help but you hurt them worse
stop okay?
i need you to stop.
leave them be and put them first.
this world is big and wide and full of lies
but please don't be a lie
be nice and kind but not a lie
be light and make it bright but please not a lie
people don't need any more lies.
light lies broken breathe stop
