Autumn walks in my garden once
again
brings the gift of chaos, disorder, some
rain
breeding anarchy, disarray, lots of
pain
I asked what she's trying to
gain
suffocating a flower, by cutting her
vein
said: “she did not die in
vain”
her life’s merely on the
wane
“I do this out of love”, said
swain
and love never dies, simple yet
plain
