Symphonies
Darling, I love the way you make my heart beat.
A soft beat to lay the foundation of a beautiful symphony.
You're conducting my world in a lovely way.
Your long phrases of melodic proportions.
You let the song flow from you
and you make it seem so effortless.
Your hands paint a portrait
that words could never express fully.
You guide each player, each voice
and the whole world is in tune.
Each part harmonizing with the other.
Each musician and voice combined.
These melodies surround my head
and play a glorious song for us.
Darling, conductor, whatever it be.
You have made my heart a symphony.
