Ranger

ranger, Ranger,
pace my soul,
show me the end, the goal,
lend me your trust.

show me to what distances I can go,
through and through rivers we flow,
ranger, ranger, hopeless I follow.

drown out my fear as only you know how,
show me your skill,
I do as you bid, your will,
to survive,

countless dangers on our path,
easing my mood with every step passed,
having me trust your mind,
having me follow you, blindly.

lead on ranger, to the goal.
show me ranger the path you know,
ease me ranger, ease my woe,
tread light now ranger, the bush my soul

navigate through these trees,
lead the way, match their sway,
show me ranger paths unfound,
lead me ranger over ****** ground.

ahead, the destination of your intent.
lead on ranger, I am content,
onwards, forward we both march,
the end of the path soothes my heart,

ranger, Ranger you have an art,
a blind love, the bush your heart,
you are always crawling into spaces unknown.
to you, to me, this path you have grown,
to follow you blindly I'll always try
