Born a December Day
Hand in hand.
A soul thought scorn.
Cradle: new life.
Paw extended: thorn.
Second coming, unknown.
Rapture, as blood shed.
Our savoir, left to die.
A martyr, unbeknownst, is dead.
Walk the test of sand.
As sea comes to part.
North Star brought guidance.
Envy thwarted heart.
