Cricket's Song

The sun gives way to its shining counterpart. The stars peek through; a romantic glistening spread across a navy canvas. The sounds of summer fill the space between heaven and earth. The orchestra of insects and vehicles and passersby is the most talented on earth. The harmonies are enough to push anyone over the edge and into peace and comfort. It seems a shame to sleep the gorgeous night away. A time so full of overwhelming beauty ignored by so many.
