Stranger things are happening, here in Spencer Bay,
For when the sun falls, and the moon claims way,
The towns folks kneel to pray
A Prayer for good health, a prayer for safety, a prayer for eternal light
For not a soul has seen the evil, that goes bump in the darkness of night
Lock the doors, close the blinds, tuck the children in
To keep the ghouls and goblins from slithering their way in
Stranger things are happening, here in Spencer Bay,
So if you see the rusted sign, be sure to turn the other way
For if you enter, nothing but misfortune is in store,
For no visitor who came to stay has ever left before
So take this warning, heed it well, my dear, and naive friend
For if you venture further, you'll be sure to meet a gruesome end.
