Leave just for a day
Welcome the Sun as it rise,
Lying on a sheet in the shore.
Eyes shaded and a floppy hut on hair
Listenin’ to the rhythm made by the sea waves
Smell the whiff from the deepest,
Brought by calming touch of the breeze
Unloading all the qualms
Let those backwash by the swallowing tides.
Have a plate of my favourite sea food, a glass of avocado shake
Watchin’ the birds in the sky, as the lovers pass by
Walk through the seaside soaking each foot with sand in every step
Grant a smile for a couple holdin’ hands as they cross my path
Both my hands on my pocket and kept me companied
Here goes the deep, so inviting and consistently caress my bottom
And up, kept me warmly embraced with its cold waters
Floating almost asleep, and let the waves cradle me for while
Just a moment to hear nothing but the tingling of the water.
Came to greet the Sun as it sets, with a bottle of mauve and a bar of sweet
Let the wine sink me asleep and bury me deep.
