Slipping down the alleys, searching for inner peace
wishing to be allowed, oiling squeaky gears, with grease
praying for the quickest route, a journey to the shore
knowing in my heart and soul, how could I ask, for more
I'll follow ere she leads, anyplace, and anywhere
deep into the deepest space, I know I'll find her there
hand me no excuses and deliver me, my need
my compass for directions, so that, I may proceed
Day dreaming, the breeze beneath my sovereign wings
wandering down cause ways, until my inner, sings
somewhere, someplace out there, in the collective universe
musing and perusing, both forwards, and reverse
