It's almost summers breath
Time for you to take a rest
Lay down your gentle skin
And bare your arms of sin

There's a place she goes
Where no one else will know
Time, time again
Have you counted your the cuts on your skin
The bruises in your hair

It's a better place out there
Called it a summers safe
Reaching for better lines to say
Where is the day in us
Is there a truth to learn with a your touch
To go fleeting once before you see
Waiting for the summer so you can breathe

Retreat her to the winter
Cause you don't like icicle splinters

And It's almost summers breath
Time for you to take a rest
Lay down your gentle skin
And bare your arms of sin

There's a better place I know
And I'll miss you in the snow
Yet bare your arms of sin
There's a better place within
And many miles you must go
To escape this frigid snow

See you in the morning
See you in mistakes
So take your Novocaine
To different season
Time is leaving
Your bleeding
Away today

Save your coins
Pine your rest
For the breast
Of Summers way
