This is for all of you who have been or are in a relationship or have a family member or someone that physically and or mentally abuses you and you just go on and take it. I say to you, no I plead that you STOP!!!! Don't let it continue because sooner or later it's going to get worse. Because in the end either you will be left broken from all the torture or one day your just going to explode and do something that you'll end up regretting for the rest of your life. So please get help, talk to someone you can trust and yes I know it sounds kind of sappy by now but I know somewhere out there is a poor soul taking hell and not having anyone to help them. Hopefully my words help out those people that need to stand up and say "NO MORE!!". Because trust me when you finally break free from all the torture and abuse you will feel light as a feather like you can fly away, finally being able to breath again without fearing what harm tomorrow will bring.
