Through cracks and
crevices confusion creeps.

Upon memories and
emotions disillusion leaps.

Past towns and countries
flying through night air
forgetfulness searches and
finds you near.

Fear not.
Loss and sorrow should have no hold.

The mind and the body are simply tools.

Held on to, clutched by, clung to...
by only fools.

Lighten your load.
Let the body go.
Allow yourself to soar upwards and
towards a truth known only as soul.

In a moment you will no longer be your name or
the number given to you on your birth day.

Realize you are everything, everyone, every sense and
possible reflection of light... and sigh, because
it's only the body which can die.
