Poems
Mar 2017
sometimes i can't help but miss her
she was like a storm.
she came into my life quickly
and was gone the next day.
her touch was destructive,
and her voice was summer rain.
when she sang, buildings fell,
and when she smiledβ¦
well.
she was a hurricane named charlie.
The first poem from my upcoming poetry anthology, Eloquent Whispers.
