A Tree Waits
Poems
Mar 2012
Every Part.
possessor of all holy
things. you held the
key to my body.
Cradling the thread.
i watched
the shadows unravel.
weaving the victim
of the blankets of
blackness. a
distant time. an ending.
echos.
desires.
fill the core.
dissolving to become
whole. again.
as the seeds
swindle. with the last
breeze. through the trees.
the sleep falls
beneath the blue.
a ghost awakes.
inside of you.
