Love falls from the sky

by @willadean-wright

Silent on the cold ground lies                                    Visions of a winters day                                                     Where yellow roses bloom                                   And rosy-cheeked children play                                                                                                             Words are spoken                                  Then fade away                                                       Like white breath upon                                  This crystal day                                                                                         Still...more love falls                                                        On the ground                                  Silent voices                                                         All around                                  And I watch warm                                                         Till out of sight                                  While love fades                                                          Into black and white
