Good girl

While the sun is shining on my face

I’m wandering around

Thinking about the things I’ve said and done

I tried my best to be a good girl

Though whatever I said or did

Someone took it the wrong way

Wondering what I could have done differently

To make things got worse

To make things being better

I’m still wandering as the sun goes down

The night is coming and I don’t know

How to handle everything, as I still want to be a good girl

I know that some things can’t go back to

That some things will stay as they have to be

But I want to try to change things for the future

The night is keeping me in its arms

While I’m on my way back

Feeling safe and confident

I know I’m a good girl

And whatever I say or do it’s not my fault

Someone could take it the wrong way
