Mar 2012
I sat and watched as you floated down
You delicately landed so gently on the water
Your veins translucent as the water shone through
You are wet, yet still so angelically move
As youre drifting away from me i stare
I stand up, and follow you down the edge of the river
The late sun dancing across the water
Shining through enhancing your colour
I stoop down, and pluck you out of the water
You was that last leaf left on that tree
I think now, i will take u home with thee
