Humanity
It's not easy to live in a world bent on war, A place built on violence taken too far.
It's True humans are selfish warmongers, no matter how much it feeds on power, still it hungers.
Yet we are also a species of peace and love, Capable of reaching wonders down here and up above.
By selfish interests we are divided, by selfless thinking we are united.
The world is slowly dying, people should act rather than doing nothing.
Yes we have our flaws and imperfections, without them we wouldn't have the satisfaction of making corrections
But isn't that what we do? we make mistakes, we fall, we make everyone raise the stakes.
We risk it all, we show everyone we are not willing to fall
Yet hope still lives it would seem, it runs in our blood like river flowing in a stream.
We come up with something better, we become motivated to create the best things ever.
We are the perfect entities of love and life, yet why do we aspire death and strife?
Let us stop this fight, this useless dispute all bark no bite
See the wonder in everything, not destroy it instantly in a senseless beating.
Yes we are flawed, but that's what make us better than God.
