I think about the first time I saw you,
    the way you smiled at me;
your piercing gaze and little wink,
   still fills me with such glee!

I never knew remembering a look,
   Could make me smile so much;
Or that I'd feel my whole body shiver,
   From just your simple touch.

It's the little things you do to me,
   Like just holding my hand;
Your arms wrapped around my waist,
   Hugging me, as I stand.

Your longing eyes and gentle kiss,
   Filled with pure emotion;
The way you hold and protect me,
   Prove your true devotion.

Now I get to fall asleep each night,
   Beside you, in our bed;
With the biggest smile across my face,
  from thoughts of you, in my head!
