Oppressive Moon
While you sleep
Hope you dream
Of me
Let me free
I am happy
Violently
Maybe you are meant to be in bed
With him going in your head
Your pillow is holding you up
We see the world blow up
Tight around the wrist
Thanks for not being a *****
Lovely sounds await you in your sleep
Bells ring at your dream, dream deep
My fantasy contrasts with your thoughts
I get the feeling we both feel lost
Inspires me to look outside
The moon is looking for a place to hide
That star you stare at every night
The planet you wish you could stand on
Is the same one I look upon to write
I can see your reflection
