if the subconscious is an ocean,
then the thoughts and feelings and memories and ideas are waves;
waves change with the tides and the weather;
what's my weather, what's a mood?
where's my moon, who's my moon,
who shifts the sea? is the ocean a part of me,
am i part of the ocean, or am i merely floating--
sometimes swimming, sometimes dog-paddling, sometimes surfing, sometimes drowning--
within or upon it?
who is 'me', 'i'?
ego, soul, a mysterious entity, nameless?
how does this flesh vessel interact with the deeper within?
how does the deeper within interact with the world?
