You aren’t finished just yet,
My friend, you still have miles to go
Though the road is long and daunting
And you feel you’re all alone.
I know that it is frightening,
And I know it hurts you deep,
But don’t lose your faith just yet;
You’ll face no defeat
And you have miles to go.

No, this path, it won’t be easy
But you’re strong, yeah this is true
Don’t think about the task now,
Now you’ve got to trust in you.
And your fears do not define you,
Follow the morning star
You will understand the reasons,
You will find out who you are.

You’re doing fine, don’t worry,
My friend, you still have miles to go,
Although relief is out of reach
And your spirits worn so low.
Yes, I know you didn’t want this
And that it’s all a big mistake,
And I see the pain tear you up inside
While you smile like a fake…
But you have miles to go.

No the path still won’t be easy,
But you are not alone,
And with certainty you’ll make it
You’ll find a brand new home,
Where the ones you love will follow
And the pain within your heart
Will ebb and flow, and as you grow,
It will finally depart.

The road yet stretches onward,
My friend, you still have miles to go,
With the future in your sights
And a spark within your soul.
Hard work and determination,
With these you’ll reach your goal
And the life will start inside your heart,
You’ll finally be whole.

Oh Whoa-oh-oh-oh
You have miles to go.
