Cat & mouse
They play this game
I look at us
We do the same

Both seeming silly
Yet very wise
We watch it unfold
Before our eyes

A swipe here
A scurry there
This game is played
without supposed care

Yet to the trained
It can be seen
The great battle
That has been
& with it, it can be told
Whether to the young or very old
That every war big or small
Indeed, every quarrel short or tall
Between the weak or the strong
It is difficult to know who is wrong
