Landscaping
My soul is a vacant lot
filled with weeds,
lacking fragrance and vibrance.
It's not weighty
nor worthy
of your attention
or affection
It's roots grow out of appreciation
for the few weeds you pulled, leaving spaces
for some new seeds to be planted
Maybe someday this will all look more like fertilizer
and less like ****
