[Butterflies]

by gingerlover

Over and over I’ve become a soldier These moments, they solder My heart to my head When the two become separate Things become desperate Life starts to feel like shit Gravity, like lead Then come the butterflies Flipping me over Rekindling the smolder Alive, not dead When you feel the flip flop Don’t waste it on prim and proper Let love make you drip drop All over your bed
