When I read a love poem

I usually think

THIS ISNT REALLY  LOVE AT ALL !

ITS JUST SOME SWIRL OF EMOTIONS

GIVING A  SENSE OF REALITY

TO A LIFE OVERCOME WITH LONLINESS

But if you wanna make it

Best find the real

And then put your  whole self

On the line

We are NOT these sensitive creatures

Bleeding  INK across the page !

We are mediocre poets trying to think

Of somethin to write about

So we come up with the idea

Of
FALLING IN LOVE

which we can copy from anywhere

( & we do ! )
