I see you every day, my heart flutters.
I talk to you every day, my breath is taken away.
I walk beside you every day, you make my legs give out.
Now I don't know if you want to,
We walk beside strangers now, you make their legs give out.
We talk to strangers now, you take their breath away.
We see strangers now, their hearts flutter.
I hope you keep doing what you do. I will do me.
Hopefully time flies by and we were meant to be prom King and Queen.
But for now, I will wait, wait, and wait until I can officially take you on a date.
These last lines were corny, yes I know. But I am hoping it will put a smile on that pretty face of yours with your brown puppy dog eyes that tend to brighten up my day.
Now I will go, with this really weird written poem. Maybe you will want to go out after all. But until then, I am sorry.
