My body is there, my mind is elsewhere.
My ears are hearing, but I am not listening.
My eyes are open, but I am sleeping.
My nose is sniffling, but I am not crying.
And as you speak, yell, or babble
all I experience is a never ending song,
with a droning syncopated tune.
