If I were to walk the very rim of earth
And walk through the whips of clouds and lights
It would put things in perspective, such a dark place
Such a quiet space, I could float across to the better days
To a place where numbers never mattered
Rather were nonexistent
Where words didn't hold such mass
What a world the very rim of earth would be.
I think I'd be happy but lonely, yet free.
